1. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

At Laxmi Narayan Yatri Nivas, we respect your privacy and adhere to data protection best practices.

Mandatory Data Collection (As per Indian Law):

We are legally required to collect and record personal data from all guests at check-in, including Names, Contact Details, and a copy of the Government-Issued Photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, etc.).
This data is essential for guest verification and submission to local police/government authorities, as part of standard security compliance in India.

Usage and Security:

Your data is used solely for booking management, check-in verification, and legal compliance.
We implement internal security measures to protect your stored data from unauthorized access.
No Commercial Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties or marketing agencies for commercial purposes.

Data Retention:

Personal data is retained only for the period legally mandated by regulatory bodies for the hospitality industry and is then securely destroyed.

II. Guest Eligibility and Mandatory Rules

To maintain the safety and family-friendly atmosphere of the Yatri Nivas, adherence to these rules is strictly required.

Guest Profile

Strictly Families, Groups, and Married Couples only are permitted. Unmarried couples, single males traveling alone, or guests whose relationship status cannot be verified may be refused entry at the management’s sole discretion.

Minimum Age

The Primary Guest booking the flat must be 18 years of age or older.

ID Proof

All adult guests must present a valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID) at check-in. PAN Cards and Office IDs are NOT accepted as sole proof of identity.

III. Amenities and Services Provided

Feature / Details

Complimentary Water

One complimentary water bottle will be provided per room upon arrival.

Towels & Soap

Two clean towels and one bar of soap will be provided per room upon check-in.

Parking

Secure and ample covered car parking is available on the premises for guests' vehicles at no extra charge.

Temple Proximity

We are located just a 5-minute walking distance from the main gate of the Shri Mahalakshmi (Ambabai) Temple.

In-Room Facility

TV with Cable Connection and Basic Kitchen Utensils are provided in the flats
